Update – Artefacts Canada

Contributing members of the Canadian Heritage Information Network (CHIN) may add records to Artefacts Canada or update them.

Artefacts Canada is a database of several million records and images from Canadian museums collections. This resource is used by national and international heritage professionals to research Canadian cultural and natural collections.

Please note: Records with images are also posted in the Virtual Museum of Canada’s Image Gallery.

Add or Update

• Add or update records on Artefacts Canada. While you are having the agreement signed, you can Register to contribute. This is a one time procedure for previous National Database contributors or those who are having the above agreements.
