Follow these four easy steps to apply for membership in the Canadian Heritage Information Network (CHIN):

Step 1

Complete the online application form.

Step 2

Print, sign and return the CHIN/VMC Membership Agreement.

Step 3

If your institution would like to become a Contributing Member (and contribute to Artfacts Canada), you must also print, sign and return the CHIN Agreement with Contributing Institutions.
