The Team
A diverse and skilled team supports the daily activities of the Canadian Heritage Information Network (CHIN).
The team includes Information Technology (IT) and standards specialists, researchers, program administrators, project managers, marketing specialists and training experts. They provide everything from membership services to the day-to-day administration of two of Canada’s premier online heritage destinations.
Director General
CHIN is headed by a Director General who serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The Director General is responsible for ensuring sound day-to-day management and providing long-term strategic direction.
Program Development Directorate
This directorate is responsible for working with the Canadian heritage community in the development of products and services.

IM/IT Solutions Directorate
IM/IT Solutions is responsible for the information and technology infrastructure which supports the activities of the CHIN team. It also provides access to our products and services.
