A diverse and skilled team supports the daily activities of the Canadian Heritage Information Network (CHIN).
More than 60 people make up CHIN’s team of Information Technology (IT) and standards specialists, researchers, program administrators, project managers, marketing specialists and training experts. They provide everything from membership services to the day-to-day administration of two of Canada’s premier online heritage destinations.

CHIN is headed by a Director General who serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The Director General is responsible for ensuring sound day-to-day management and providing long-term strategic direction.
