Community Memories Program - Deliverables

Exhibit

Once your exhibit is approved under the Community Memories Program, you will receive copies of an agreement for signature. Payments are divided in two installments upon presentation of invoices.

First Payment

Once we receive your first invoice with the copies of the signed Community Memories Agreement, CHIN will send you the Community Memories Software and release $4,500 for a first exhibit and $2,000 for additional exhibits.

Second Payment

Once you have completed and delivered the work (as described in the Community Memories Agreement) and your exhibit is available on the VMC Website you can send us your second invoice. CHIN will pay you the final balance of $500.

• Sample 2^nd Invoice

Translation

Once the translation of your exhibit is approved under the Community Memories Program, you will receive payment in one installment upon presentation of an invoice.

Translation Payment

Once you have completed and delivered the translation of your exhibit and it is available on VMC Website, you can send us your invoice with a copy of the translator’s invoice. CHIN will reimburse your institution up to a maximum of $2,500.
