Community Memories Program - Getting Ready
This section “Getting Ready” is designed to introduce the Community Memories Program and to assist small museums in taking their first steps in creating digital content.
Getting Familiar
A Call for Proposals is issued once a year, in the fall. Before institutions submit a proposal, they are invited to become familiar with the concept of a Community Memories exhibit.
- About Exhibits: Learn more about exhibits and the Program.
- Approved proposals: Have a look at actual Community Memories Exhibits on the VMC. Exhibits are listed by province.
- Online Resources: You have access to numerous resources developed by the Canadian Heritage Information Network (CHIN).
