Services DSS-MAS 2035 (2008-12-12) set out in the SACC Manual are hereby incorporated by reference into and form part of this contract. All instructions, general terms, conditions and clauses identified herein by title, number and date are set out in the Standard Acquisition Clauses and Conditions (SACC) Manual, issued by the Department of Public Wroks and Government Services (DPWGS).

The SACC Manual may be obtained from the Government of Canada, Canadian Government Publishing, telephone (819) 956-0879, and may also be viewed on the Public Works and Government Services Canada website http://www.pwgsc.gc.ca/sacc/choice-e.html.

All reference to the Minister of Public Works and Government Services should be deleted and replaced with the Minister of Canadian Heritage. Also all reference to the Department of Public Works and Government Services should be deleted and replaced with the Department of Canadian Heritage.
