Community Memories Program – Submit a Proposal
Eligible CHIN members must submit a proposal form during a Call for Proposals in order to have a potential project considered for investment through the Community Memories Program.
To Submit a Proposal
Call for Proposals are advertised in the fall of every year on CHIN’s website. A new call for proposals will be issued in the fall of 2010.
Follow these three steps to submit a proposal:

Read through the program material:

- Download the proposal form in Word format. - Also available in PDF for your reference.
- Complete the form. (HANDWRITTEN PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION.)
- The proposal form for the next call for proposals will be available in the Fall of 2010. We will only accept forms issued after that date.
Step 3
- Submit your typed proposal form including all pertinent documents (e.g. letters of support) by the call deadline.
