Community Memories Program - Submit a Proposal
Eligible CHIN members must submit a proposal form during a Call for Proposals in order to have a potential project considered for investment through the Community Memories Program.
To Submit a Proposal
Calls for Proposals for new content are advertised every year on CHIN's website and an invitation is sent by email to CHIN members. The next Call for Proposals will be issued on February 16, 2012 with a closing date of March 28, 2012.
Follow these three steps to submit a proposal:
Step 1
Read through the program material:

Step 2
- The proposal form for the next Call for proposals will be available from February 16th, 2012, when the Call is launched. We will only accept forms issued after that date.

Step 3
- Submit your typed proposal form including all pertinent documents (e.g. letters of support) by the call deadline.
