Deliverables
Four deliverables are required once your proposal is approved under the Virtual Exhibits Investment Program.
First Deliverable
- Detailed production plan within 14 days of the date upon which both parties signed the Agreement
- Invoice
Second Deliverable
- Preliminary version of the virtual exhibit/interactive resource
The virtual exhibit’s/interactive resource’s preliminary version must be a functioning prototype that works online, and must contain, as a minimum, a sample page of each of the site’s main sections, in at least one language, all mandatory navigation elements as identified in Annex II, and examples of all multimedia and interactive elements to be used in the virtual exhibit component of this product.
CHIN will review the preliminary version to ensure its compliance with applicable technical and content requirements. Keep in mind that normally, the more there is in the preliminary version, the fewer corrections there are to make following the review of the final product. - Audience Evaluation Report

Third Deliverable
- Completed version of the virtual exhibit/interactive resource
The completed version of the exhibit/interactive resource, in all languages, must be sent to CHIN for final review to ensure it meets the technical requirements annexed to the contract/agreement. - Completed version of the associated learning object collection

Fourth Deliverable
- Final version of the virtual exhibit/interactive resource
The revised version of the virtual exhibit/interactive resource must be sent to CHIN to confirm that the changes required as a result of the CHIN technical and content verification have been made prior to cataloguing and launching the product. - Final version of the learning object collection
The revised version of the learning object collection must be sent to CHIN to confirm that the changes required as a result of the CHIN technical and content verification have been made prior to launching the product. - Associated lesson plan
The completed lesson plan, in all languages, must be sent to CHIN to confirm that it meets the terms and conditions of the contract/agreement. - Catalogue the virtual exhibit/interactive resource. - Archival version of the final exhibit/interactive resource on CD
An archival copy of the final version of the exhibit/interactive resource must be created. It should contain all the information to recreate the exhibit. - Link to the VMC from the Institution's Website

The financial report must be created from the initial budget submitted with the project proposal. The report must show amounts spent by all participants (VMC, Lead Institution, Partners) compared to amounts in the initial budget. - Invoice
