Submit a Proposal
Eligible CHIN members must submit a proposal in order to have a project considered for investment through the Virtual Exhibits Investment Program.
To Submit a Proposal for New Content
Calls for Proposals for new content are advertised every year on CHIN's website and an invitation is sent by email to CHIN members. The next call for proposals of the Virtual Exhibits Investment Program will take place in the fall of 2013.

To Submit a Proposal for Modifying Existing VMC Content
The VMC will consider reinvesting in existing virtual exhibits in which the VMC has previously invested every five years, following their contract renewal. This investment is intended for virtual exhibits in which there is an interest in making minor updates to the content or the technical functionality of the virtual exhibit (a ceiling of $25,000, plus GST/HST, applies).
A modification proposal, available in Word format (118 KB), must be submitted to the program by email to invest.programme-ex@pch.gc.ca.
For major updates to existing virtual exhibits in which the VMC has previously invested, a new proposal must be submitted for review by the VMC Editorial Board during a Call for Proposals period.
